Belonging to You is an insightful, practical, and empowering journey of overcoming your people-pleasing tendencies. People-pleasing is way that you learned to take care of others as an indirect way of taking care of yourself. Belonging To You is an about face toward the one relationship that needs your attention the most… your RELATIONSHIP with YOURSELF.

10-week online course includes:

  • Weekly pre-recorded 20-min video lessons (released every Friday)

  • Weekly guided mediations and journal prompts (released every Friday)

  • Weekly 1-hr LIVE group coaching video call plus ongoing access the recording (every Thurs. at 12pm )
