Recovering People-PLeaser’s

Guide to Belonging to Yourself

Arriving Summer 2026‍ ‍

What Belonging to You Is

This is a six-module audio course designed for people who are ready to move beyond simply recognizing their people-pleasing patterns — and begin the real work of changing them.

This isn't about setting better boundaries or saying no more often.

It's about understanding why you abandon yourself in the first place — and building the kind of relationship with yourself that makes self-leadership possible.

What You'll Explore

Module 1 — Why You Learned to Abandon Yourself Understanding the origins of people-pleasing and why it made complete sense — until now.

Module 2 — The Relationship You Have With Yourself Exploring your inner world, your inner parts, and the Higher Self that already knows how to lead you home.

Module 3 — Boundaries Are Something You Hold Redefining what boundaries actually are — not rules you enforce, but the way you define and stay with yourself.

Module 4 — Anxiety Is What Happens When You Try to Control Connection Understanding the relational anxiety underneath people-pleasing and learning to work with it instead of being run by it.

Module 5 — The Moment You Realize You Have Needs Getting honest about what you need, why you minimize it, and the difference between guilt and anxiety when you choose yourself.

Module 6 — Learning to Stay With Yourself Integration, self-leadership, and what it actually looks like to stop leaving yourself — even when it's hard.

What's Included

  • Six audio modules you can listen to anywhere, at your own pace

  • A journal prompt workbook with reflection questions for each module and space to write

  • A guided meditation to support your inner work throughout the course
