Friday, April 21
4:00pm: Arrival
4:30pm- 5:30pm: Opening Circle w/ Liz & Kori
5:30pm- 6:30pm: Yin Yoga w/ Liz
7:00pm- 8:00pm: Cacao Ceremony w/ Liz
Saturday, April 22nd
7:00am- 8:00am: Gentle flow yoga w/ Liz
8:30am- 9:30am: Breakfast served
9:30am- 11:00am: Contemplation and connection
11:00am- 12:00pm: Transformational Breath practice w/ Kori
12:00pm- 1:00pm: Silence and Rest
1:00pm- 2:00pm: Light lunch served
2:00pm- 3:00pm: Intention setting for plant-medicine ceremony w/ Kori
3:00pm- 5:00pm: Contemplation (preferably outside if weather permits)
5:00pm- 6:00pm: Restorative yoga w/ Kori
7:00pm- TBD: Plant-medicine ceremony begins
Sunday, April 23rd
8:30am- 9:30am: Breakfast served
9:30am- 11:30am: Integration w/ Kori
11:30am- 12:30pm: Journal/ Packing
12:30pm- 1:30pm: Vinyasa Flow yoga w/ Liz
1:30pm- 2:00pm: Closing circle w/ Liz and Kori
